We have many independently owned and operated franchises that provide our salon offerings. In that regard, we provide a number of services to support our franchisees. As such, a franchisee may provide your personal information to us to enable us to assist that franchisee with its operations.
Our service providers and business partners, such as hosting vendors, advertising service providers, data analytics companies, marketing service companies, and list managers may provide your personal information to us.
Customers, government agencies, or third parties through their direct interactions with us.
Companies that provide content, advertising, or functionality. Some of the content, advertising, and functionality on our services may be provided by third parties, such as our advertisers. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (California Only). We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes to which the right to limit use and disclosure applies under the California privacy law
Right to Opt Out of Profiling. Under California and Colorado privacy laws, consumers have the right to opt out of the profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning your economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements
Right to Appeal (Colorado, Virginia Only). Sometimes we are unable to process requests relating to your personal information, in which case, your request will be denied. If you are a resident of a Colorado whose privacy rights request has previously been denied by us and you believe we denied it in error, you may appeal for reconsideration of your request using our webform or toll-free phone number.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. Please note that we will need to verify your identity before your request can be processed. For verification, you may be asked to log into your account or to provide 2-3 pieces of personal information that we will match against our records. We will only use the information you provide to verify your identity and the personal information that is relevant to your request.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request to know, to correct, to delete, to limit, or to opt-out. You may make such a designation by providing the agent with written permission to act on your behalf. We will require the authorized agent to provide either (1) a power of attorney; or (2) proof of your written permission. In addition to proof of your written permission, we may require you to verify your own identity and directly confirm that you provided the agent permission to submit the request.
