Radiance Holdings, LLC and its affiliated brands Woodhouse Spa™, Sola Salon Studios®, and BeautyHive® (collectively, “Radiance”, “Company”, “our”, “us”, or “we”) considers matters relating to the protection of personal information and privacy to be extremely important.

This Privacy Policy describes the kind of information we may collect during your visit to our websites, use of our mobile applications and other online services or platforms that link or refer to this Privacy Policy, or that otherwise interact with us online or offline at our business locations (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through our Services. Information We Collect and How We Collect it

We collect several types of information about the users of our Services in various ways, including information by which you may be personally identified (“personal information”). We may collect personal information from the following categories of sources:

  • Your gender, race and ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, and resume when you choose to voluntarily provide this information when applying for a position in our career portal.

  • Your government identification, professional certifications or licenses, and your professional organizations when you register your business account with us.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of our websites, mobile applications, or platforms to other users or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users whom you may choose to share your User Contributions.     We and our service providers use various tracking technologies, including cookies, web beacons and embedded scripts, to collect information about you and your interaction with our Services, including information about your browsing behavior. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory. Web beacons (also knowns as clear GIFs and pixel tags) are electronic images that may be used with our Services or emails.   • We have many independently owned and operated franchises that provide our salon offerings. In that regard, we provide a number of services to support our franchisees. As such, a franchisee may provide your personal information to us to enable us to assist that franchisee with its operations.

  • Our service providers and business partners, such as hosting vendors, advertising service providers, data analytics companies, marketing service companies, and list managers may provide your personal information to us.

  • Customers, government agencies, or third parties through their direct interactions with us.

  • Companies that provide content, advertising, or functionality. Some of the content, advertising, and functionality on our services may be provided by third parties, such as our advertisers. Processing your purchases of or requests for products or services; Performing services on our behalf (e.g., fulfilling and delivering orders, processing payments, supporting our promotions, contests, gift cards, loyalty programs, and sweepstakes, and providing communications, technical, analytical, web hosting, cloud hosting and mobile application support, or other services on our behalf). For example, we may use your information to book an appointment with one of our brands. When you make purchases through the online Services, we may collect information such as your name, email address, billing address, the email or mailing address for delivery (if applicable), phone number, and payment card information. You may make such a designation by providing the agent with written permission to act on your behalf. We will require the authorized agent to provide either (1) a power of attorney; or (2) proof of your written permission. In addition to proof of your written permission, we may require you to verify your own identity and directly confirm that you provided the agent permission to submit the request.
