At Prestige Experience, we lease individual studios where you can operate your own boutique salon. Owners customize their own studio suite, set their own schedule and prices, and enjoy the freedom and benefits of salon ownership without the risk associated with opening a traditional salon.

The minimum lease period in our suites is one year. However, if after a few months you have to leave, you can do it, but you must give us 45 days notice.
If you want to lease one of our suites, these are the requirements you must meet:
Driver’s License.
State Board Licensing
Fill out the lease agreement.
Security deposit.
Fill out the ACH form.
Fill out the application form.
*At the moment of leasing with us, it is not a requirement, but you must have this document because at any time you may be visited by a supervisor without prior notice.
Besides the lease payment, the only additional charge is the security deposit. This deposit is used to reserve your suite but also as a backup in case of any damage done to the suite, abandonment of the suite without notice, or delay in the payment of the suite.
The payment of the lease can be made weekly or monthly, as best suits your schedule. You just have to inform us at the time of leasing which of the two options you prefer.

To reserve a suite in any of our locations, you only have to take into account the following items:
Fill out the lease application.
Security deposit.
Fill out the ACH form.
Ideally, you should already have a list of clients who already know about your services, since we only provide you with a comfortable and luxurious place to serve them and give them a memorable experience.
If the shampoo bowl does not fit the tools you need, you can ask to have it replaced with a hand sink.
At Prestige Experience, you will become the owner of your own boutique salon. You set the prices for your services, and you keep 100 percent of the profits. You’ll have a key to your studio and can work when you want, with access to your supplies and equipment. Why rent a chair or booth when you can have your own salon for about the same cost?

At Prestige Experience, you have access to your studio 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our main doors are open during regular business hours; however, if you have a client at 8 a.m. or on a Sunday when the main doors are locked, you can let them in. This allows you to take appointments during the hours that best fit your schedule and the schedules of your clients.

To reserve your studio, contact us via our Contact Us email form or give us a call! We would love to set up a confidential tour of our studios to determine which setup is best for you. After getting the appropriate salon license, most of our stylists move in and start working right away! All you need to do is bring your backbar, towels, personal equipment, and any decorations you like, and you’ are ready to open for business.
